Group pages are very effective sources to share information between your colleagues. News reports are being used by individuals. c) LinkedIn: Actually LinkedIn was created to keep connected individual users to its employers and potential customers to be loyal brands. So easy to make connections with other users and they can maintain professional relationships. Professionally oriented profiles always be attractive to grab some business. d) Google+ Google is still developing server and a big search engine for whole world economy. It has served its users with its various features. Google+ is another best practise done by them to various more privacy and accuracy for its users. Through this an individual or an organization can easily select a group or some of its users to have access to company or profession information plus access to its contents instead of all of the users. Video presentation are being easy to share with clients and other potential users. At the end choice is always depend upon its needs. A profession can go with all the media or only one of them. Whatever suits to your requirements and kind of users go only with that source. A making an official page is not everything. Regular maintaining and updating is utmost. Every profession is always needed to maintain professionalism. It varies from profession to profession how to perform with electronic media. It could be little confusing or unclear when the information is not well defined. It must need to update and professionalism. In todays fast pace updating time to time is utmost necessary. Customers, clients or students are always looking for what they need. It also should be simple, clear and understandable. There must be number of question how to use these media very efficiently. Some of the replies are as follows: 1) Always prefer for face to face communication in proper way and language does matter alot. 2) Before you do communicate always put yourself as a reader and other hand communicator and realise how would it reflect you and is it really professional. 3) Always avoid criticizing other hand people for example customer which are most important part of any business. Reputed companies are always on risk due to leakage of confidential information. 6) When you are user of social media in promoting your business or any profession personal information should be relevant and monitored by yourself. Unnecessary stuff should be removed. 7) Partners and colleagues should be communicated not to post any inappropriate messages and information on social sites. 8) Avoid personal relationships in your profession for example always filter your friend request and do not initiate invitations which are not being used to grow your main focus. 9) Must provide confidential details if you have some kinds of forms available regarding personal information of any clients or customers try to avoid breach of confidentiality. 10) If you have your customers’ information available on your website, do not copy into your database until he/she is agreed to do so. 11) A company is always being responsible for the advice they post on their official page or website. 12) Try to use business/company email address in order to avoid further consequences. 13) Authorized person is always responsible for the information in your facilities. For example you are receptionist in a law office and you are the only authorized to access it then you are the only responsible for any breach of confidentiality. Handy devices: 1) Cellphones are most popular electronic devices to keep the records of your schedules and appointments plus smart phones are really smart for today’s profession. 2) It could interfere your profession so only effective or restricted use must be better. 3) Cellphones must not be used at the work especially at the time when you are having a discussion with customer or your client. It feels like you are ignoring the person on the other hand. 4) Group discussions and colleagues’ discussions are acceptable mostly after works. 5) Passing schedules and important messages should be permitted. 6) Emergency time phone is really important. 7) Texting takes your concentration away from work. So it must be prohibited. 8) Could be used to collect the database of your customers.
